Method

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  2. 2. Stir in the cumin, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt and cook for 1 minute. Add the water and bring it to a boil.

  3. 3. Add the fish and cook until cooked through. Stir in the coconut milk and cilantro and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with rice or naan bread.
