White Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream

Method

  1. In a bowl pour the condensed milk, the cream and the liqueur. Use electric beaters to beat this together until thick and creamy. This should take 8-10 minutes.

  2. Fold through the coconut and the melted white chocolate

  3. Pour into container and freeze until firm.

  4. Use ice cream scoop to serve as desired.
