  • 250 g Marie Biscuits crushed
  • 200 g Condensed Milk
  • 1 Lemon juice and zest
  • Lemon Coconut Icing
  • 1.75 cups Icing Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 15 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Dessicated Coconut

This No-Bake Lemon Slice is one zesty slice!

I love slices you don’t have to cook – just makes it so much easier! I’m busy dammit! Ain’t nobody got time fo dat! Here is our delicious recipe for No Bake Lemon Slice. Enjoy!

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together (except the lemon icing) and press into a lined lamington tin.

  2. Ice with lemon icing and sprinkle with some extra coconut.

  3. Cut into slices and serve.
