Make sure it's on the right way. If it's on the wrong way it's pretty impossible to unroll. Flip over and try again.

Male here. I am not clear on exactly what the issue is. It's been quite a while since I used a condom but here's some advice:

If you have a foreskin, pull it back before putting on the condom. If you don't, obviously you don't need to worry (I've used them before and after I was circumcised :-)

Just pinch the end of the condom, place it on the end of your penis and roll it down to the base.

It's easy when you get the hang of it.

If the problem is losing your erection, this used to happen all the time to me. I reckon it's mostly psychological. Just take things slowly and as someone suggested, perhaps practice when you're alone!

Practice. Use a similar size cucumber or just practice when your already erect. Don’t worry, you’ll get the hang of it and find a new girlfriend who won’t make fun of you just because you can’t do something.

There is allot of youtube videos on how to put a condom on or are you reffering to condom shyness. If soo there are some great ways to combat the problem. Just google condom shyness and how to treat it.
