Rice, pasta, mince, certain shops have a meat mark down time so you might be able to get some cheaper meats. Soups are great too, you can buy a roast chicken for about $6 you can make lots of meals with 1 of them. Good luck mumma

It’s $12 dollars if you buy it cooked or you buy the extra large uncooked ones. They can still be $4kg uncooked when on special.

Potatoes, pasta, frozen veggies. There is lots of cheap foods if u shop no-brand.

Mince, sausages, chicken, pasta, rice, noodles, frozen veg, carrots, choose like 2 or 3 fruits that are on special. Buy snacks that you can divide up for lunches rather then buying individual packed snacks. 70c home brand cake mix use as cupcakes and freeze. Things like boiled eggs make great snacks.
