Not a chance, no matter how responsible the 15 year old.

It depends on lots of factors. Is it a nice neighbourhood? Is it all night or for a couple of hours? Are they mature for their age? Will we be able to contact each other easily? Are the older children experienced in babysitting? Are they familiar with emergency procedures?
