This 14th-century castle is the perfect base if you are planning to look around the walled villages in Bavaria. While this is actually not a hotel, owner Dr. Manfred Baron von Crailsheim has kindly allowed to share its delights with guests. Although quite small, the castle has been renovated and has self-catering apartments and rooms for guests. You can also try asking the Baron to allow you a look into his antique automobile collection that include a 1905 Cadillac, a 1913 Ford Tin Lizzy in dark blue, and a 1926 Durant Rugby Tourer.
