If you’re looking for survive on bread and milk, it would appear that Norway is the place to be. The Ottersland Dahl family seem to eat nothing but bread and milk, with a variety of other grains and a bit of butter thrown in for variety. But fruit and veggies certainly seem a little lacking. Maybe it’s the climate?

We certainly do spend a lot on our groceries during the week, but we’re also getting a lot more food for it. It’s incredible to see the differences in what families eat, the amounts of food, the costs of those food, and the families themselves, all living their lives in their own family bubble.
