  • 12 Anzac Biscuits
  • 1 tbsp Ice Cream

Method

  1. Scoop 1 tablespoon onto the base of one Anzac biscuit, sandwich another cookie on top and place in freezer while preparing the remaining cookies.
  2. Repeat until all 6 Anzac Ice Cream Sandwiches are made.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Anzac Ice Cream Sandwiches can be stored frozen for up to 1 week though the biscuit will go very soft, still yummy just soft.
  • Let us know what flavour ice cream you used in yours, we found our flavour at the local supermarket. You can make your own too!
