Baked Pears and Gorgonzola

Baked Pears and Gorgonzola

Method

  1. Preheat Oven to 200 degrees

  2. Place Pears on baking tray and drizzle with honey and thyme

  3. Bake for 10-15 then allow to cool

  4. In a bowl add Gorgonzola and walnuts together

  5. Once pear is cool, add cheese mix and top with extra thyme and a drizzle of honey.
