  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated

Broccoli Bake  makes a delicious side dish to roasts or even with plain old sausages to liven them up!

 

 

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs together in a large bowl.

  2. Add the flour, cottage cheese, butter and vegetables.

  3. Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Serve hot.
