This is it, this D’Orsogna 100% Natural Hawaiian Pizza recipe is your most awaited twist from your average Hawaiian Pizza. This recipe really intrigued me when I first came across it. After all, I’m not gluten intolerant and I don’t particularly like cauliflower. It certainly doesn’t taste like traditional pizza dough, and it is delicious! D’Orsogna’s Premium UnSmoked 100% Natural Sliced Ham just made the pizza all the more delicious with its sweet and smoky flavour!   • 1 D'Orsonga Premium Unsmoked 100% Natural Sliced Ham use around 100grams
  • 1 Cauliflower fresh, large
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Dash Of Pepper
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste


  1. Wash the cauliflower well and break into pieces.  Place in a food processor and process until you get a breadcrumb like consistency.
  2. Place in a microwave proof container and cook for 8 minutes on High (don't add water!!!).
  3. Allow the cauliflower to cool a bit set aside for 15 - 20 minutes or so, while waiting preheat the oven to a hot 190 degrees.
  4. Then add the cheese, egg and salt and pepper to the cooled cauliflower.  Mix with a wooden spoon until it comes together, will be a real 'dough' like consistency but won't stay together!
  5. Line a pizza tray with baking paper and spray well with canola oil.
  6. Press the 'dough' into the pizza tray and flatten it out as much as you can.
  7. Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until it starts to go golden - then take it out.
  8. Spread tomato paste over base.
  9. Add your toppings  - I added D'Orsonga Premium Unsmoked 100% Natural Ham, Pineapple and Cheese and pop back into the oven to melt cheese.
  10. Carefully slice and serve hot!
