Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Refreshing iced coffee protein shake with ice cubes and creamy texture. Perfect for a healthy, energ.

The Iced Coffee Protein Shake Recipe is high in protein and low in sugar.  It is a perfect mid-morning snack when you are on the go. Most protein shakes contain protein powder – and if you have it on hand, by all means use it.  But I find peanut butter is a good – albeit slightly naughtier substitute.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 number Banana

  • 1.5 tsp Coffee Powder

  • 1/4 cups Ice

  • 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder

  • 1 cup Skim milk

  • 1 tsp Peanut butter

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
