Ingredients

  • 250 grams Kraft Processed Cheddar Cheese (in the blue box)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 bunch Spring Onion diced
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce To Taste


Method

  1. Melt cheese and milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously to avoid it burning on the bottom.
  3. Whisk in cornflour to thicken.
  4. Add garlic and spring onion (leave a handful to garnish)
  5. Add sweet chilli to personal taste and serve garnished with a handful of diced spring onion.

Notes

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Mexican Cheese Dip is not suitable to freeze.
  • Serve warm with original Doritos corn chips (NOT CHEESE FLAVOURED).
