Our Vegetable And Lentil Soup is a weekly regular in our house and the whole family loves it! This simple vegan lentil soup is a quick recipe to put together with almost all the ingredients available in the pantry.

Method

  1. Add the onions, celery sticks, carrots and potatoes to the saucepan.

  2. Add the vegetable stock.

  3. Add the tomatoes and red lentil beans.

  4. Bring to a boil and then put in on low heat.

  5. Cook for an hour.
