Tomato and Bocconcini Skewers

Skewers are the best for starter dishes! Tomato and Bocconcini go fantastic together and make for a really delicious start for any main meal!

Method

  1. Using mini skewers, thread 1 tomato, 1 cheese and 1 basil leaf

  2. Place onto a serving plate and continue until all used

  3. Drizzle over all with balsamic and olive oil, sprinkle with salt
