Hummus is such a simple and easy dip to quickly whip up and will go down well with all your guests. Serve with biscuits to nibble on and you have yourself a great starter dish!

In a food processor, add tahini and lemon juice, blitz until smooth and well combined.
Add the garlic, cumin, olive oil and pinch of salt, blitz until combines.
Slowly ass the chickpeas and combine until smooth
Serve drizzles with olive oil and sprinkle of cumin
