Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed Well
  • 1 Large Lemon, Juiced
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Ground
  • Salt And Pepper

Method

  1. In a food processor, add tahini and lemon juice, blitz until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the garlic, cumin, olive oil and pinch of salt, blitz until combines.
  3. Slowly ass the chickpeas and combine until smooth
  4. Serve drizzles with olive oil and sprinkle of cumin
