So, hard though it might be, don’t hit snooze in the morning. Instead get up, wash your face, and do something for yourself that isn’t sleeping.

There’s no point laying around in bed, awake but unmoving. Many people fall into the trap of lying in bed awake, but checking their phone for emails, social media notifications, or general growing. It’s always better to just get straight out of bed, and start your morning routine, whatever that might be. Freshen up, brew some coffee, and get the day into gear.
