15 Minute Mayonnaise Dinner Rolls

I’m a big fan of making bread at home, but traditional recipes containing yeast take forever and who has got time for DAT!  This recipe for 15 Minute Mayonnaise Dinner Rolls is just a mix and bake recipe – super easy.  The recipe makes about 12 dinner rolls – but they do have to be eaten hot and right away or they tend to get a bit saggy….

These are the perfect dinner roll when you have run out, and they are good enough to be served at a fancy dinner party!  Best of all, you can throw this recipe together when you are putting dinner together.  You can serve them with big slatherings of butter – yum!  This is a really old fashion recipe that is something that your Nanna might have made for her family.

I like to make my Mayonnaise Dinner Rolls in a muffin tin – just makes it easier to get a consistently sized bread roll.  Ensure your oven is up to the right heat before popping them in, or they will sag.

They are also really nice as a breakfast roll – served with butter and jam and a fresh big cup of coffee!

Give them a try and let us know how yummy they are!

This recipe only has three easy ingredients too!
