This decadent Baileys White Chocolate Fudge is a rich and creamy indulgence for when the kids have gone to bed!

Method

  1. Mix 125 ml Baileys, butter, sugar ,and milk in saucepan and stir on low heat until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Turn heat up to medium and stir.

  3. Fold in white chocolate and the remaining 25mls baileys.

  4. Stir until smooth and glossy.

  5. Place mixture onto good quality baking paper in slice tin.

  6. Refrigerate to set for 3 hours.
