Ingredients

  • 60 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa


Method

  1. Melt butter on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Add sugar, mix well.
  3. Add sifter flour & cocoa and egg, mix well.
  4. Spoon into patty pans.
  5. Place on edge of microwave tray.
  6. Cook on high for one minute, then a further 30 seconds.

Notes

Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • Microwave Cupcakes are suitable to freeze for up to two months.
  • For a vanilla version, omit the cocoa.
