A good shake can be a great way to start the day, and this Surprisingly Healthy Banana Choc Almond Shake is one of our favourites.
You would never have thought that it would be a good idea to start your day with chocolate, but in this case, it definitely is! This delicious blend of banana, almond and chocolate is to die for and with well-frozen bananas this shake is so thick you could almost eat it with a spoon! If that’s how you like it, considering making this into a smoothie bowl!

- 1 Banana frozen and sliced
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Organic Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Honey

- Pop all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender and the size of the banana pieces, this may require several pulses.
- If shake is too thick for you, pour in a little more almond milk and blend again before serving.
