Whole Thai Snapper

I love snapper! Try out this Thai styled fish dish – it is seriously delicious! Seasoned with ginger, garlic, spring onion and chilli, this dish is exploding with flavour.

Serve with all of the juices and mixed with soy and sesame oil it is heaven! Try it with Thai styled salads or a zesty salsa.

A perfect meal for family and friends for any event because it really is a bit spesh!
