7 Different Ways to Record Your Baby’s Milestones

5. Create a Scrapbook

If you are crafty and have time, you may enjoy creating a scrapbook for your child to have when they are older. Create pages with themes summer, winter, birthdays, Christmas, holidays and place them in chronological order in the scrapbook. Don’t forget to journal the fun moments and always include dates. I thought I would remember when we did this and that, I haven’t!

6. Footprint Canvas Painting

Purchase three small canvases and paint them with a background colour. Using another colour, paint your child’s footprint onto the canvas at the age of 4 months, 8 months and 12 months. Hang them alongside each other in your child’s bedroom and see just how much they have grown! It’s amazing! (Yes. I have done this).
