Giant Freckles are so incredibly easy – you’ll be wondering why you never thought of it before!

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with some baking paper and lie some egg rings or shaped cookie cutters flat on the paper.

  2. Give them a good spray with canola oil (not too much).

  3. In a microwave proof jug, very gently melt the chocolate.

  4. Using a spoon, thinly spread the chocolate into the bottom of the moulds.

  5. Use the spoon to move the chocolate evenly in the mould

  6. Sprinkle with the hundreds and thousands and give 20 minutes or so for the chocolate to set.

  7. Gently push the chocolate out of the moulds.

  8. Wrap in cellophane and a ribbon for a delicious and inexpensive present!
