Who said gluten-free means you’re restricted on what you can eat? Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Biscuits are an amazing gluten-free recipe that I suggest trying! Best of all – there are only three very simple ingredients!

More Gluten-Free Recipes to Try:


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and then use a teaspoon to drop balls onto a greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake for around 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.

  4. If you want you could double or triple the recipe to make more. This makes about a dozen small biscuits.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • For Gluten Free Peanut Butter Biscuits, to cut down on the sugar, substitute half a cup of sugar for half  cup of coconut.
  • Best made and eaten fresh. Not suitable for freezing.
